I am more than happy to give my opinion of Ben Roberts as a real estate agent - I have a really good agent who has just sold my property and I met Ben when looking for a home for my husband and I to live in for hopefully the rest of our lives. I didn't think I would be lucky enough to find another agent as likeable as the one I already had. Ben really fits the bill - extremely knowledgeable of the area (he is a local) happy to impart what he knows of the area, always quick to respond to phone calls and was happy to give me time when I know how busy he is. Nothing seems to be a trouble. His job was to look after the vendor and yet he made us feel that we were important too. I think it is hard to juggle but Ben's opinion is that a good sale was when both sides of the equation were happy with the outcome and he certainly did that in a most professional and friendly way. He is an excellent agent and I would recommend him highly.
