Mr Ben Roberts of Integrity Real Estate Nowra was engaged to sell our property in central Nowra which was a deceased estate, the home of our mother. As such it was in the hands of two executors, one from outside the area and the other local. The two executors, sisters, had widely differing opinions and expectations as to how the sale should proceed, and the value of the property. During the initial sale period, Mr Roberts was diplomatic and patient as to not only the marketing strategy but respectful in considering the views of each of the executors. He was persistent in marketing the property and presented both a confident but reassuring attitude even when interest seemed to be at a low ebb. Thanks to his obvious extensive local knowledge he was able to present compelling information that lead to both the sisters reaching a consensus as to not only the value of the property but the best way to achieve a sale in a timely manner. The eventual sale was at a price above expectations and to a buyer who appreciated the property and its location. I would have no hesitation in recommending Mr Roberts to any serious vendor of property in the Nowra area and fully intend to use him and his agency for any future property sale.
