Very efficient throughout the process. We viewed the property on the Saturday and then had settled by the following Saturday. Ellie were very responsive to all calls / emails but also ensured that we were updated at each part of the process. When settlement looked like it might be delayed over the weekend they worked hard to ensure it happend on the Friday afternoon.
