This comfortable single level family home is ready for making memories. Featuring four bedrooms, loads of spacious living and entertaining areas, fully equipped kitchen and very comfortable ambience. Views of the water can be enjoyed from the back living and the sun drenched outdoor areas.

Drive through side access to the fully fenced backyard and private boat launch beyond is perfect for water enthusiasts and anyone bringing a boat. The sun drenched backyard and covered entertaining area are perfect for al fresco dining, afternoon BBQ's after a day on the water and entertaining the kids. There is plenty of off street parking at this property and close by are all amenities- supermarket, bakery, chemist, cafes, petrol station and the St Georges Basin Boat Ramp.

*The backyard is fully fenced and a gate must be opened to get to the jetty, however we note that children must be supervised at all times.
*Jetty is deep water, however entrance is around a metre deep.

LINEN
Linen is included all year round. This includes sheets, pillow cases, doonas and blankets, bath towels, hand towels, face washers and bath mats and tea towels. We will have the beds made for you when you arrive. You will need to bring your own beach towels however;

Flat screen TV, DVD, a large l-shaped lounge seats 8 and has recliners, indoor seating has extendable table and sits 8, reversible air-conditioning;

Kids retreat/games room has two seater sofa and card table for games;

Covered outdoor living area has an 8 seater outdoor setting and gas BBQ;

KITCHEN
A well equipped open kitchen overlooks the combined dining/living area and has a dishwasher, kettle, microwave, coffee machine;

Internal room has washing machine, dryer, drying rack plus two clotheslines set-up outside.

SECURITY BOND
A bond of $500 must be secured by a valid Credit Card (not Debit/Credit). We accept VISA or MasterCard (not Amex or Diners);

ARRIVAL / DEPARTURE TIMES
We ask that you don't arrive before 3pm on the day of your booking. Where the property has been cleaned and is ready before 3pm, we will let you know that you can check in early. Departure is strictly 11am so that the cleaners have time to prepare the property for the next guests;

PARTIES, FUNCTIONS & GATHERINGS
This property is surrounded by permanent residents. Guests that don't respect the neighbours will be evicted forfeiting their full tariff and bond;
