Enjoy fantastic views of Jervis Bay upstairs, as well as an open plan living and dining room, second renovated bathroom and fantastic recently renovated kitchen. Both the front and backyard have lush green grass and beautiful landscaping. The tiered backyard has a table and chairs at the top - perfect for alfresco dining!

Alva Lee is perfect for those looking for a family holiday, romantic getaway or just a quick city escape. Enjoy easy access to the local white sand beaches just a 4 minute walk away as well as the White Sands Walk to famous Hyams Beach and Booderee National Park. Shops, cafes and the Coles shopping centre are only a short drive away.

We ask that you don't arrive before 3pm on the day of your booking. Where the property has been cleaned and is ready before 3pm, we will let you know that you can check in early. Departure is strictly 11am so that the cleaners have time to prepare the property for the next guests;

THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE. This property is surrounded by permanent residents. Guests that don't respect the neighbours will be evicted forfeiting their full tariff and bond;
