With water views of Jervis Bay and 100m from Nelson Beach and Plantation Point, this ever popular holiday home provides all that is needed to enjoy a weekend away or a longer stay by the seaside.

As you walk in, you are presented with a stairwell that leads upstairs to 4 bedrooms (3 with water views) and the bathroom; or off to the left is a kids retreat/playroom. Off to the right is a spacious comfortable lounge room that leads to the dining area and a rumpus or media room. The kitchen and meals area is on ground floor also and leads you out to an undercover outdoor dining area. The laundry and 2nd toilet is also located on ground level as well. The kids will be safe in a 2 tiered landscaped backyard, with lockable side access gates.

A well-stocked kitchen with everything you'll need to prepare a quick snack or full meal. Superb modern kitchen open to the living space and features all quality appliances - even a Nespresso Coffee Machine;

A bond of $750 must be secured by a valid Credit Card (not Debit/Credit). We accept VISA or MasterCard (not Amex or Diners);

ARRIVAL / DEPARTURE TIMES
We ask that you don't arrive before 3pm on the day of your booking. Where the property has been cleaned and is ready before 3pm, we will let you know that you can check in early. Departure is strictly 11am so that the cleaners have time to prepare the property for the next guests;

PARTIES, FUNCTIONS & GATHERINGS
This property is surrounded by permanent residents. Guests that don't respect the neighbours will be evicted forfeiting their full tariff and bond;

RATES & AVAILABILITY
The rates displayed on STAYZ are based on low season and are a guide only. Peak periods incur a surcharge. Each booking attracts a $50 Booking Fee and $160 Cleaning Fee;
